Q:  How does it work?

A: Once you have your event date and venue, contact us.  Your venue is huge factor in determining what vintage rentals will be right for you.  Of course the date is important so we can make sure that we’re available for your big day.

Q:  How much does it cost?

A:  Our rentals are priced individually and in packages, giving you the opportunity to choose as many or as few as you’d like. We can also create custom packages based on your individual event needs. If you’re on a small budget we can create a custom package that will suit your needs without breaking the bank.

Q:  is there an order minimum?

A:  No.  We do not have a minimum order requirement.

Q:  How much is delivery/pick up?

A:  Cost for Delivery & Pick up is determined on a case by case basis.  Cost for delivery will vary depending on what items are being rented, the distance traveled and difficulty of delivery.  Once you've contacted us with your requested items, we can give you a proper quote.  

Q:  Can i pick up and drop off rentals myself?

A:  Depending on the rental, YES! 


Q:  Can I see the Rental Items in person?

A:  Of course!  Our warehouse is located in Wilmington, North Carolina. Please contact us if you would like to see our inventory in person and discuss how it matches the vision for your upcoming event. We require a $30 non-refundable warehouse visit fee that will be discounted from your rental cost if you decide to rent from us! We are available to meet by appointment. only.

Q:  Do you require a deposit?

A:  Yes.  We require a 50% non-refundable deposit & a signed rental agreement to save your date.

Q:  Can I change my order after i book?

A:  We understand when booking in advance, the vision for your big day may change. As long as the pieces are available, you are welcome to change your order for items equal to or greater than your original order.

Q:  What if something is damaged?

A:  Accidents happen no matter how careful we are. At the time you book your rentals,  we require a credit card & copy of your drivers license to be kept on file.   For any spills, stains or damages that are able to be cleaned or repaired professionally, we will bill for those services.  For any items that are un-repairable or un-returned you will be charged for 5X's the daily rental rate. 


Q:  Is all of your inventory old (aka-antiques)?

A:  No.  The majority of our collection is made up of antiques or vintage pieces.  However, we do have new pieces with a vintage "look" and new accent pieces such as signs, candle holders & rugs.  All of the new pieces we have in our inventory have been chosen carefully to accentuate our vintage collection.

Q:  I do not see what i'm looking for in your inventory.  can you find it for me?

A: Yes! We LOVE to hunt for needed items and add to our inventory! Just e-mail us a photo or description of what you are looking for. If it is an item we are interested in adding to our inventory, we will try our best to find it!  There is no additional charge for your custom search (other than the regular rental fee)
